Grade in Assignify. Sync to your gradebook.
Assignify connects to the learning management system your institution already runs. Your roster comes in, finished grades and step-wise feedback go back out, and you never touch a spreadsheet in between.

The Round Trip
From Roster to Gradebook
One connected loop. Your course data leaves the LMS, gets graded, and comes back finished.
01
Your roster comes in
Launch Assignify from your course and your class list arrives with it. No CSV exports, no copying names between tabs, no mismatched student records to reconcile later.
02
Assignify grades the work
Our multi-agent pipeline reads handwritten math and diagrams, follows each student's reasoning step by step, and awards fair partial credit when an early slip cascades through the rest of the answer.
03
Grades go back to your gradebook
Scores and step-wise feedback land in the LMS gradebook your students already check. You review and adjust before anything is released, so nothing is published without you.
What Moves Between Systems
Only What You Connect
Assignify does not replace your LMS or ask your students to learn a second tool. It reads the course roster, grades the work you upload, and writes results back. Everything else in your course stays exactly where it is.
Roster sync
Students and sections arrive from your course, so submissions match the right person automatically.
Grade passback
Scores and step-wise feedback write back into the LMS gradebook once you approve them.
Manual import and export
Not on a supported LMS yet? Upload a roster and export finished grades as a file instead.
Student data stays protected in transit
The LTI 1.3 connection between your LMS and Assignify is encrypted and authenticated, so no one passes credentials around or emails spreadsheets of student records. Assignify is compliant with PIPEDA and FERPA.

Integration Questions
How Assignify connects to your learning management system, and what happens to your data along the way.
Assignify integrates with any LTI 1.3 compliant LMS, including Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, and D2L Brightspace. If your institution runs a different LTI 1.3 platform, Assignify can connect to it the same way.
LTI 1.3 is the standard learning tools use to connect securely to a learning management system. It is what lets Assignify receive your class roster and write grades back to your gradebook without anyone handling spreadsheets or sharing passwords.
No. You review the AI grades and feedback first, adjust anything you disagree with, and then send them to the gradebook. Assignify never releases a grade you have not approved.
Your LMS administrator adds Assignify as an external tool once, and then instructors can launch it from any course. Our team walks your administrator through it during onboarding.
You can still use every part of Assignify. Import your class roster directly and export finished grades and feedback as a file to upload wherever you keep them.
Yes. Data moves over the encrypted LTI 1.3 connection between your LMS and Assignify, and we are compliant with PIPEDA and FERPA. Assignify only receives the course data you choose to connect.
